It Is Never Too Late

As you consider your current circumstances and the many things that have gone wrong in your life, you are tempted to feel like everything is over and you will never regain the opportunities that you have lost.

You have tried many different things and they have all failed. Now you hold in your hands only the failures of the past and dashed hopes of what could have been. It seems too late now to change these things or make the right choices. The opportunities have simply passed you by.

But the Lord wants to say to you,

“My child I knew from the beginning all that would take place. And I still have plans for you that will lead to much good and much happiness. So do not look on the failures of the past or the difficult circumstances that you face right now. For I am able to bring light out of darkness and joy out of sadness.

Therefore lift up your eyes and look ahead with joy, for I have many good things in store for you. I have seen the desires of your heart and I have been working to prepare opportunities for you that will place you on a new road, unlike the journey that you have traveled until now.

You have tried and failed many times to reach the goals you desired, but now as you wait on Me, you will see many of these desires suddenly coming to pass, without you making any effort at all. I do not need your efforts, but only your trust and faith in Me, and I will do the impossible for you.

It is never too late when I am involved, and as you allow Me to take you by the hand, I will bring you to a new place in your life that is far greater than anything you have experienced before.

I will do this because I love and because you have put your faith in Me. And the joy that is in your heart is all that I desire.”
