Get Back

The road that you have been walking has come to an end, says the Lord. And it is impossible for you to continue along this road. It is a road that you have walked alone that took you in a different direction from what others around you were going.

For a season this was the road that I led you to take, and it has led you through some difficult terrain. But you have maintained the journey, in spite of the difficulties, even though nobody else walked with you.

But this road was never meant to be your final journey and it cannot lead you to your final destination. It was only necessary for you to walk this road in order to learn some new things and develop some new skills that were needed.

And now that this has been accomplished, this road is not needed anymore. And it is time for you to return to the main road that everyone else is taking.

You have resisted this idea, because you committed yourself to walk this road you were on, and feel that going back will be a sign of failure and defeat.

But things have changed on the main road and there are some on that road that you need to meet and interact with. And indeed, there are people waiting for you to return to lead them on the way.

So do not despair, says the Lord, and do not try to continue on this road, because it has come to an end and you must return to the main road you were on.

Therefore cease your efforts and get ready for much new activity. For the main road is thriving with traffic and you will soon be going forward speedily with much success.
