The Best You

My calling and purpose for you are unique, says the Lord. And I have given you a task to carry out that you are well capable of doing. But you must understand what you have and what you need in order to do this.

I will never expect you to do something that is beyond your capabilities. And if I lead you into something that is beyond your current capabilities, I will first equip you with what you need before opening the way before you.

All that you need to do is keep your eyes fixed on Me and on My purpose for your life. Then step out boldly to do what I have given you to do, knowing that I am well pleased with your obedience, not the results that you accomplish.

But you have looked at what others are doing, and you have felt incapable of competing with them or accomplishing what they are doing. And instead of pushing forward and maintaining your faith, hope, and love, you have become discouraged.

You feel inferior and lacking in the abilities that others seem to find easy. And as you compare yourself with them, you give up in despair, feeling that you will never come to that place of success and accomplishment that you desire.

Much of this has been caused by bad experiences of the past, and the interactions that you have had with others along the way. And your need for affirmation from mankind is preventing you from rising up and making your mark on this world.

But I will lead you on a new path that is designed for you alone. And I will empower you to do things that you cannot do naturally. And in the process, many will be blessed, and many will come to receive from you.

And you will be able to share with them what I have put inside of you, which is unique and needed by so many.

Therefore learn to become the best you with My help says the Lord, and cease from striving to be like others. For they have their own calling and place, but so do you.

And I will take you by the hand and bring you to that place as you continue to do what I tell you to do day by day.
