Birds Eye View

You have seen all that the enemy is doing and plans to do, and you have allowed your heart to become filled with care says the Lord. There seems little hope of change and you find it difficult to maintain a positive attitude in view of the theft, strife, and destruction that you see, both in your own life and in the lives of others.

But your vision is limited, just as the vision of one walking on the earth is limited because you cannot see further ahead. But as a bird that takes to flight gains a new perspective by seeing from above, so I see the end from the beginning.

And not only do I see what lies ahead, but because I can see both behind and ahead, I take action ahead of time and set in motion those plans that are designed to bring blessing into your life.

Know then, and rest in the fact, that the enemy did not catch Me by surprise, but I already began to make plans for you before he launched his attack. And know also that the enemy has limited resources that restrict how long he can continue to attack you.

But My resources are unlimited, and I call the things that are not as though they were. So what may seem impossible to you is very possible for Me. And I am able to not only bring good things in your life, but I am able to take the very attack of the enemy and turn it around for your good.

Therefore lift up your head and rejoice, says the Lord. For the negative things that you see will soon give way to many blessings, and you will know that I am still in control in this world, through My people who enable Me to work through them.

And as you make yourself fully available to Me, you too can become part of the solution and see Me turn around all the evil and make it into something wonderful, says the Lord.
